Rachel Roberts is a current 8th grade student at Tyro Middle School. She has been a budding artist and has taken art classes from Lynn Lambros for 7 years. She previously worked on the murals around downtown Lexington. Her inspiration for her patriotic door was the desire to find beauty in the face of all the negativity that is seen on the news. She wanted to show the prosperity of our country after all it has endured, and to celebrate the fact that we stand together despite all we have faced.
