Thanks to continued support and tremendous growth, the Multicultural Festival is moving to a new location in Uptown Lexington!  The upcoming Festival marks the 20th anniversary of this showcase event.  Visitors will experience improved parking, new vendors as well as family favorites! Spend the day immersed in culture and then visit your favorite Uptown shops!  In celebration of the Multi-Cultural Festival, and the many cultures in our community, the Habitat for Humanity ReStore of Lexington will be participating in the festivities with a window display, and as a destination of your festival passport.

The Multicultural Festival is a day filled with the sights, sounds and tastes of foreign lands. It offers a wonderful and educational outing for the entire family! The festival is held annually on the first Saturday in May rain or shine.  The event showcases cultural diversity through elaborate costumes, musical instruments, exhibits and entertainment. There is an area designated for children with amusement rides and inflatables as well as a TeenScene for young adults.  Enjoy favorites like the Purina Dog Show and Circus Stella while visiting our new Wine and Beer Garden.  Three stages will feature entertainment from around the world, such as Polynesian Dance and Fire Show and Kenya Safari Acrobats.  This is THE must-see event of
