Frank Walters, the manager of the Lexington Area ReStore, studied architectural design at The New York Institute of Technology, and jewelry design at The Fashion Institute of Technology. His creation, EKATISM (mistake spelled backward), was painted in the spirit of abstract artist Franz Kline. It depicts a door (to homes and hope), a house, and the Roman numeral for 50 (homes HFH of the Lexington Area has built so far).
