To celebrate Grubb Properties’ 60th anniversary, we are proud to come back to Lexington where it all began. In 1963, Robert Grubb founded our company in Lexington as a single-family homebuilder for the area. Today, we are thrilled to partner with the Lexington Area Habitat for Humanity to help another family achieve their dream of homeownership.
Your generous donation will improve the life of the new homeowner and will directly support the cost of building materials for the home. Their home is located on West Sixth Ave. Habitat sells homes to qualified homebuyers who will complete sweat equity hours and pay an affordable mortgage rate.
